 Salary: 67,000 - 70,000 / year based on experience

Hours: 12 - 8pm ; rotating weekends and holidays

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our Patient Services Team in White Plains, NY at Burke Rehab Hospital.   

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports implementation of patient food service needs based on medical direction and patient population
• Assists with hiring, training, and onboarding of patient service team members
• Follows dietary restrictions for special or modified diets to ensure patient preferences align with diet order limitations
• Provides excellent customer service to help achieve patient satisfaction goals
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient rights policies
• Participates in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide quality programs
• Supports within Retail and Catering departments

 
Qualifications:

• Associate degree in food services or related field OR bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field
• ServSafe® certification, preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn electronic medical record and diet office systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian, a plus but not required
