The Visa Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers.

We are looking for Data Analytics Manager to join our entrepreneurial digital sales global COE team to assist in establishing the foundational sales reporting to measure and track the performance of this new business line.

The Sr. Analyst/ Manager will:

  • Define sales metrics and provide business requirements for new enterprise digital sales dashboards.

  • Conduct data analysis using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

  • Collaborate with global sales operations, support, and marketing teams to analyze data and provide formal and ad hoc analyses.

  • Present insights to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex concepts.

  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data from the CRM and Revenue reporting systems.

  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

  • Define new process improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish business needs.

  • Develop quantitative analysis using multiple data sources to ensure financial soundness and strategic alignment.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Prior experience analyzing sales representative performance as well as proficiency in MS Dynamics
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with Tableau
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Intermediate to advanced Tableau development skills and knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices
• Basic SQL skills
• Understanding of data management systems and processes within the ecosystem (source systems, data feeds, reference data management, ETL, Data Warehouses and Marts, data cube design, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Anaplan, MS Dynamics, Sales Compensation systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and provide actionable insights
• Communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business teams, as well as across all geographies
• Earn trust through performance and relationship building, has strong financial acumen and a deep analytic background
• Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground, change agent
• Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal team work and external products brought to market
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment
