Job Title
Executive AssistantAbout your role:
As an Executive Assistant within Global Cyber Security Services, you will partner with two Senior Vice Presidents to provide high-quality executive administrative support. You will coordinate complex schedules, prepare critical materials, and manage information flow across the leadership team. Your work will help the leaders focus on strategic priorities and keep key initiatives on track across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize complex calendars for two Senior Vice Presidents, including scheduling meetings, speaking engagements, and related logistics.
- Coordinate staff meetings, leadership sessions, teleconferences, team events, and off-sites, including room setup, catering, and technology needs.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries and related logistics, and ensure timely preparation and availability of all supporting materials.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison for the Senior Vice Presidents, triaging requests, prioritizing issues, and exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Track, document, and follow up on action items and decisions from executive and leadership meetings, including preparing minutes and pre-reading materials.
- Prepare, format, and update documents, presentations, and reports using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and ensure adherence to internal policies and deadlines.
- Partner closely with other executive assistants and leaders to provide coordinated support and continuity across tasks, projects, and events.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 4+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a corporate or similar environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing highly complex calendars, logistics, and meeting coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to produce accurate, professional documents and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to exercise independent judgment in prioritizing and resolving issues.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting executives in a global, public company or large matrixed organization.
- Experience working within technology, cyber security, financial services, or a related domain.
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and supporting virtual and hybrid teams.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Travel:
This role requires no travel.
