Ensures the program(s) and individual projects are on budget and schedule. May supervise Project Managers Construction Managers and other project staff as assigned. Responsible for client interface scope schedule and budget tasks as senior leadership in the field. Duties & Responsibilities:

- \tCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.\tDevelop an implementation plan and master schedule that reflects the program(s) priorities.\tReport and collaborate with client’s senior management team.\tTrack all program and project level status and provide management reports relative to scheduling cost control staffing and other related contract requirements.\tEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.\tDevelop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\tEnsure resource availability and allocation.\tDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress.\tUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.\tMeasure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.\tManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.\tIdentify risk and create risk mitigation plans successfully.\tDevelop recommended actions and assist in resolving disputes relative to design and construction.\tParticipate in annual budgeting process.\tEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.\tCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\tOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- \tBachelor’s Degree in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience is required.\t15+ Years of experience providing project/program management services.\tRegistration as Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred.\tExperience in managing the full construction project life-cycle including pre-construction design phases and oversight of constructability reviews is required.\tKnowledge and application of construction estimating cost project controls/scheduling documentation engineering/construction principles techniques materials applications and practices are required.\tStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products and experience with project related scheduling systems such as MS Project or Primavera are required.\tExperience in maximizing the benefits of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.\tExperience in application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is preferred.
