Office Assistant (Seasonal)

Auto Detailing & More is looking for an Office Assistant to join their dynamic team as a temporary position. This position is responsible for ensuring that every guest coming into the detail shop receives the highest quality of guest service care. Applicant must be able to multitask, display effective communication skills, display a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers, team oriented and self-driven.

The Office Assistant will need to:

• Schedule appointments
• Responsible for the entire guest service experience.
• Answer the phone in a polite, professional tone, transfer calls to correct employee, or take a detailed message with convenient time and number for returned call
• Monitor Cilajet re-application log and communicate with customers and warranty company
• Greet every guest
• Be capable of effectively communicating with guests and employees
• Be capable of de-escalating and calmly assuring a guest and getting the correct member of management involved
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time.
• Communicate with detailers to ensure efficient work flow.
• Prepare minor reports and maintain a call log 
• Assist accounts receivables with questions
• Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the General Manager 
• Any other projects assigned by the General Manager

THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION (4-6 MONTHS MAX)

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Consistent and stable work history and work attendance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
