As an International Trade Service Analyst Sr. within PNC's International Trade Product Delivery Operations Group, you will be based at PNC's Firstside Office located in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For the first three months you will be required to come into the office daily and after training has concluded will transition to a blended rotation, where you will spend two weeks in the office and then two weeks working remotely. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

In this entry level role, you will be required to review internal and external documents for accuracy, transaction history, incoming SWIFT messages and determine if a letter of credit may be extended prior to the deadline.

You will focus on processing extensions, non-extend notifications and cancelations for letters of credit. This involves working closely with PNC relationship managers and providing regular updates while adhering to service level agreements. Being able to handle multiple requests simultaneously and attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.

Job Description

  • Utilizes international trade-specific procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations. Evaluates and executes basic to moderate transactions. May approve international trade services transactions and processes. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
  • Processes basic to moderate trade transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations. Identify exceptions and may address escalated items under supervision. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders in completing transactions.
  • Administers trade compliance program against all trade transactions and escalates as necessary in order to mitigate bank risk.
  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for basic to moderate international trade products.
  • Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. May review reports to process transactions.
