Position Overview:
The Illinois Prisoner Review Board is seeking to hire a motivated, self-starting Office Assistant for our Victim & Witness Services Unit. This Office Assistant will be an instrumental position within the Unit, responsible for the agency's file retention and scanning process to ensure documents are digitized and stored properly. It is also a position that will be working directly with victims of crime and ensuring proper notifications are sent timely. This position will be responsible for communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with the public, other staff, Board Members, and Senior Management and be comfortable with written and verbal communication.
