As a member of Implementation Services, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end roll out of Jedox product and understanding client business needs and use cases, across a varied portfolio of customers.<br/><br/>Jedox is growing and this an opportunity to prepare our team for future expansion and internal changes. You will be a trusted advisor and contributing to the successful implementation of multiple finance functions across the organization.<br/> <br/> The ideal candidate is an individual who takes ownership and pride in their work, is eager to learn and grow, and is able to learn and demonstrate a mix of functional and technical skills.<br/> <br/><ul><li>Design and implement business software application and solution with detailed understanding of end-to-end project life cycle.</li><li>Teach and share knowledge of Jedox software to clientele and partners via training workshops, project delivery, documentation, among others.</li><li>Develop and foster relationships with project stakeholders to maintain high levels of trust, customer service, and expectations.</li><li>Partner with internal teams to develop new and existing client value propositions and use cases to deliver tailored demonstrations of Jedox product.</li><li>Provide answers to project and business functionality and technical questions that arise during delivery, sales, or post sales process</li></ul> <h3>Your Profile</h3> <strong>Ideally, you’ll bring:</strong><br/><ul><li>Ability and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Prior experience with designing and implementing any business software applications with an understanding of end-end project lifecycle.</li><li>2-3 years' experience as project lead or acting as senior member of implementation team</li><li>4-6 years’ experience implementing EPM or related solutions (IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Board, Hyperion, Infor, Jedox) is required.</li><li>Experience working with clients in multiple industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Goods, etc</li><li>Autonomous, conceptual, and structured working manner with strong communication skills</li><li>Experience with Agile project methodology.</li><li>Programming skills and experience (SQL, MDX, PHP, Groovy, HTML) is a plus, but not a requirement.</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel (20%)</li><li>Fluency in German language is a MUST HAVE requirement</li></ul>
