As a Team Lead for Manufacturing Support at our global distribution center in Indianapolis, you will be pivotal in overseeing the efficient and timely distribution of goods and raw materials to and from Roche affiliates worldwide. You will lead a team of logistics operators, ensuring strict adherence to shipping and receiving schedules, optimizing manufacturing supply, and upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service.

The Opportunity

• Supervises daily activities of personnel within the immediate work group to ensure compliance with guidelines and company policies/procedures.

• Participates in project teams as both subject matter expert and operational representative.

• Expected to learn the functional work of those supervised to be able to step in to help when and where needed to complete daily business.

• Works with managers and key stakeholders to understand and meet requirements, goals, and expected results.

• Develops KPI’s and monitoring methods to ensure optimal team performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field or 4 years of related experience and in process of obtaining degree.

• 2 years previous responsibility for directly or indirectly leading or managing people

• Experience with SAP SD

• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Google Office Suite and analytical tools.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $66,400 - $123,200.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
