Job Summary

Interior Logic Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to manage the maintenance and repair of equipment in our Granite & Stone Countertop Shop. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining shop machinery, including CNC machines, bridge saws, polishers, and material handling equipment. The Facilities Coordinator ensures that all equipment runs smoothly to support production efficiency and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines, saws, polishers, and shop equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in fabrication machinery.
• Work closely with shop supervisors and operators to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all shop machinery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service technicians for specialized repairs and part replacements.
• Ensure the shop is organized, clean, and compliant with workplace safety regulations.
• Track inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Assist in facility improvements and workspace organization to enhance production efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards when working with heavy equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in machine maintenance, repair, or facilities coordination in a manufacturing or fabrication shop.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, bridge saws, forklifts, and stone fabrication equipment.
• Basic electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
