Personal Trainer (Part-Time)

Are you a certified Personal Trainer and have a passion for fitness? Do you enjoy being able to motivate and help people accomplish their health and wellness goals? If so, please consider applying for the Personal Trainer position and joining our Wellness team at the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA!

Job Duties: 

• Deliver and conduct personal training sessions with YMCA members 
• Create and foster an engaging environment to help members achieve their personal fitness goals 
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment on the Wellness floor and report any equipment issues to appropriate staff
• Attend any staff trainings/meeting and maintain active certification related to the position

Qualifications:

• Must hold active Personal Trainer certification and able to present said certification during the hiring process
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be familiar with fitness equipment and current health & wellness trends
• Friendly and energetic personality with a passion for motivating others

Schedule: Varied but weeknight availability preferred - Please let us know your availability!

Job Type: Part-time Hourly

Pay: $18.00 per hour - $27.00 per hour depending on the type of training session with a potential for a monthly bonus incentive!
