We are hiring a temporary Learning and Development Consultant-Remote.
This is a temporary full-time role (approximately 6-9 months).
The Learning and Development Consultant role will focus on curating, designing, and facilitating engaging learning content while managing our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, organizational design, learning analysis, and leadership development. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs that align with the organization's goals and culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Curate and develop learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs.
2. Design interactive, engaging, and learner-centric content based on adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
3. Adapt content to various delivery formats (e.g., digital, face-to-face, hybrid) and ensure alignment with organizational learning objectives.
4. Lead and facilitate training sessions for various groups across the organization, ensuring effective delivery and learner engagement.
5. Customize delivery based on audience needs, learning styles, and cultural context to maximize impact.
6.Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners during training programs and beyond.
7.Manage and maintain the LMS to ensure smooth and effective delivery of learning programs.
8. Upload, track, and update course content, learner progress, and certifications.
9. Generate reports and insights related to learner performance and program effectiveness.
10.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various metrics, including learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to continually refine and improve learning experiences based on feedback and outcomes.
12. Work closely with HR, Talent Management, and Leadership teams to align learning programs with organizational goals and talent strategies.
13.Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
14. Advise on best practices in learning and development, offering solutions that meet business and learner needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
3. Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs, particularly in leadership development and organizational development.
