EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Talent Acquisition Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri for the summer of 2024.

Pay: $20 / hr Schedule: You will be expected to work flexible 20-25+ hours/week.   Responsibilities

• Learn LinkedIn Recruiter and source candidates
• Meet goals set by leadership
• Promote EquipmentShare via LinkedIn
• Assist with various stages throughout the hiring process
• Assist with various projects within TA/HR

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree (HR focused preferred) at an accredited U.S. college/university
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
• You have high attention to detail
• You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
• You are a self-starter and take initiative
