Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our Community Development team at Techpoint as an intern. This role encompasses sales, marketing & events, and operations responsibilities within our vibrant co-working space. As an integral part of our team, the intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of managing a co-working space while contributing to its growth and success.
Responsibilities
Sales:
- Assist in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Understand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces
- Conduct viewings of our co-working space for prospective clients
Marketing:
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events
Operations:
- Facilitate on/off-boarding process for clients
- Administrate and liaise with external vendors and maintain documentation in the respective systems
- Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Media & Communications, Event Management, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
- Good interpersonal skills and approachable
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
