About the role
Are you interested in building the next generation cloud based highly scalable finance operation systems that supports tens of millions of customer interactions? Our challenge is to deliver software systems which accurately capture, process, and report on the huge volume of financial transactions and support interactions that occur as millions of customers and vendors transact and interact with Amazon.
You will design, architect, and innovative technology solutions that will reduce time to market, increase engineering leverage, and scale for Amazon's growth worldwide. You will be a technology visionary leader, builder, operator, and play a key role in the evolution of our systems to solve complex technical challenges in information extraction, operational modelling, and generative AI interactions for the world's largest finance operations organization.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
