Your role in our team

• You will support the sales department for new and existing equipment requests.
• You will maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales.
• You will create and maintain jobs in ERP system.
• You will support customer legal agreement approval process.
• You will support the CRM sales system.
• You will manage administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
• You will maintain sales data regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
• You will create and process sales orders in a timely manner.
• You will maintain sales document templates.
• You will offer support to the Service team as needed.
• You will work with the Finance team on a monthly basis to review customer activities.

 

Your profile

• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Your 5 years of applicable business experience is preferred.
• Your associate degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Your CRM experience is required.
• You demonstrate mathematical competence.
• You have the ability to multi-task.
• You have the ability to plan and schedule.
• You exhibit individual decision making skills.
• You demonstrate computer literacy with common computer programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, & Outlook.
• You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• You have the ability to take direction.
• You exhibit strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
