Sr. Associate, Product Management - Card Enterprise Platform

The Product Manager for our Card Enterprise Platform team is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering intent alongside tech partners while serving as the PO for engineering teams. In this role, you will build out data platforms which serve to bring data from our current third party customer database into a new Capital One database in order to stand up a system of reference.
This role will include client research and discovery, thus working with clients downstream to ensure that the data we’re bringing in meets the expectations of our clients. You will partner with enterprise platform teams to ensure we’re building to enterprise platform standards, and our Card Data team from an Enterprise Data Quality POV.

In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:

  • You’ll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design

  • You'll breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

• At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
