About the role - you will:
- Drive all technical aspects of our customer qualification engagements.
- Replicate, analyze, and develop solutions in concert with internal engineering teams to address customer issues.
- Run tests in customer environment to validate drive/system compatibility.
- Assist in post-qualification customer technical issues.
- Create and present technical information to internal teams.
- Work with customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements.
- Coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet the customer expectations.

Your experience includes:
- Demonstrated experience testing and resolving concurrent, complex highly technical issues.
- Project management and tracking experience.
You May Also Have:
- Engineering design experience
- Experience dealing with external customer or supplier.
- Programming experience
- Experience with SATA, SAS, and NVMe interfaces and bus analyzers.
- Storage system level experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field (i.,e Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Materials, Physics, or Information Technology)
