Sr. Manager, Hardware Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Hardware Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive design experience with consumer IoT products and circuit elements that contain wireless technology, digital circuits, power subsystems, RF modules and a bonus if includes video camera applications. Additionally, must have expertise in managing hardware development. We require a hands-on, technically capable leader who is comfortable with R&D projects and can manage both the technical and administrative aspects of an engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hardware development engineers ensuring the quality of their work and help to ensure that they are executed according to schedule.
• Help to identify all the hardware tasks and determining timeframes for completion.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of new technologies and trends in hardware engineering.
• Implement and reinforce industry best practices to ensure that our products are reliable, high-quality, and innovative.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering degree is required. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in digital circuits, power supplies and RF technologies.
• Extensive experience managing technical teams.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong partnerships and communication.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The salary range of this opportunity is $180,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
