EHR Support Analyst

In this role, you will partner with clinical and patient care teams to ensure the effective use of the Epic EHR system. You will provide hands-on support through troubleshooting, training, and system configuration, while collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and implement new features. As a customer-focused professional, you will deliver timely, effective support that allows care teams to focus on what matters most, our patients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving technical issues promptly.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum two (2) years of EHR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Outpatient clinical background (e.g., Medical Assistant or LVN)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar/virtual platforms
• Epic EHR experience
• Clinical training experience
