Are you eager to work as a trusted advisor with HEINEKEN Global Functions/Operating Companies to identify and solve risks across many different business processes? As part of the Risk Response team the Process and Controls Improvement Senior Specialists coordinate and contribute to projects as business partner for all functions and OpCos. Using internal and external benchmarks, we take a critical look at processes across HEINEKEN from finance to sustainability reporting to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. We work with the process owners and Global Functions to ensure improvement plans are properly implemented in our organisation. In your role you will be responsible for a few specific process areas with a special focus on controls for Segregation of Duties and other access risks.

Your responsibilities

As a P&CI Senior Specialist you are responsible to:

• Ensure HEINEKEN risk responses are sufficient to achieve our objectives
• Manage the Segregation of Duties framework content together with functional owners and support OpCos
• Maintain the integration of the overall control framework with our business processes
• Help define and implement process control improvements in the OpCo or Global Function
• Work with projects to ensure current issues are addressed and new risks prevented
• Engage with different types and levels of stakeholders across the organisation

 

Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

• A track record of 5 to 7 years in setting up workshops with business representatives to develop internal controls and driving process improvement assignments
• Good understanding of various (financial and non-financial) business processes and IT ERP systems
• Expertise on Segregation of Duties, Manual and Automated process controls
• Change management skills to drive implementation of control improvements
• Be able to clearly explain and present results and control initiatives to (senior) stakeholders
• Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, ability to perform data analysis with PowerBI/Celonis
• Understanding of setting up data analytics use cases to assess risks and results with business owners
• Flexible work attitude to work on parallel initiatives and ownership of your planning
• Certified Operational Audit, IT Audit or Accountancy accreditation (CPA, RO, RE, RA for example)
