Liquid Warehouse Assistant

Description

We are hiring a full-time Liquid Warehouse Assistant at our Ellsworth location. In this role, you will oversee liquid fertilizer and crop protection product inventory and delivery in this territory by having effective and timely communication with other managers, teammates, and vendors. You will also support location leadership and sales staff to guide and fulfill customer orders. 

Requirements

Qualifications required: 

• Lead inventory operations, including receiving, warehousing, preparing customer pick up and application orders, and inventory management.
• Manage bulk and packaged product inventories, ensure accurate records and product quality.
• Work with staff to prepare and deliver liquid fertilizer, crop protection and seed products.
• Oversee facility upkeep and maintenance.

Qualifications preferred:

• Obtain & maintain a WI Mixer and Loader License.
• Basic agronomy products and services is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in automation software or ability & willingness to learn these programs.
• Ability to work irregular hours during the spring and fall season, including evening and weekend hours, as business dictates. 
• Highly organized and detailed orientated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
