Custodian

As a Custodian in the office at Lightcast, you will be a valuable member of our facility management team, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe office environment. This role is ideal for experienced custodians with at least 1-2 years of experience who are dedicated to ensuring a pleasant and well-kept workspace for our employees.

Major Responsibilities:

• Office Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Trash Disposal: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with established procedures.
• General cleaning experience
• Furniture cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, mopping
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that they are well-stocked.
• Maintenance Support: Report and assist in the resolution of minor facility maintenance issues.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure and hazard-free office environment.

Education and Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Custodian, preferably in an office environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication
• Capability to lift +50 lbs daily
