In this role, you will work closely with the Commission team, MICE team, commission suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely payments, accurate financial records, and efficient processes.</p> <p>This role will be based from our Birmingham/Barcelona hub.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p><span>Maintain </span><span>the </span><span>MICE </span><span>Hotel </span><span>Entities </span><span>Master </span><span>Data </span><span>in </span><span>the </span><span>ERP </span><span>system, </span><span>ensuring </span><span>all </span><span>information </span><span>is </span><span>accurate </span><span>and </span><span>up </span><span>to </span><span>date. </span></p> <p><span>Verify </span><span>the </span><span>correctness </span><span>of </span><span>invoicing </span><span>within </span><span>the </span><span>ERP, </span><span>and </span><span>performing </span><span>active </span><span>collection </span><span>activities </span><span>to </span><span>ensure </span><span>timely </span><span>payments. </span><span>A </span><span>key </span><span>part </span><span>of </span><span>your </span><span>role </span><span>will </span><span>be </span><span>monitoring </span><span>commission </span><span>agreements </span><span>and </span><span>ensuring </span><span>that </span><span>all </span><span>payments </span><span>are </span><span>made </span><span>in </span><span>accordance </span><span>with </span><span>contractual </span><span>terms. </span></p> <p><span>C</span><span>ontrol </span><span>and </span><span>maintain </span><span>the </span><span>MICE </span><span>Ageing </span><span>Report, </span><span>as </span><span>well </span><span>as </span><span>manage </span><span>the </span><span>Dunning </span><span>procedure </span><span>in </span><span>the </span><span>ERP.</span></p> <p><span>Additionally, </span><span>you </span><span>will </span><span>reconcile </span><span>outstanding </span><span>commission </span><span>reports </span><span>with </span><span>actual </span><span>payments </span><span>received, </span><span>investigating </span><span>and </span><span>resolving </span><span>any </span><span>discrepancies </span><span>in </span><span>collaboration </span><span>with </span><span>internal </span><span>teams </span><span>and </span><span>external </span><span>partners. </span><span>You </span><span>will </span><span>maintain </span><span>a </span><span>structured </span><span>system </span><span>for </span><span>tracking, </span><span>reporting, </span><span>and </span><span>forecasting </span><span>commission </span><span>collections. </span></p> <p><span>Work </span><span>closely </span><span>with </span><span>the </span><span>MICE </span><span>teams, </span><span>you </span><span>will </span><span>follow </span><span>up </span><span>on </span><span>unresolved </span><span>disputes </span><span>and </span><span>help </span><span>enforce </span><span>payment </span><span>compliance. </span><span>Finally, </span><span>you </span><span>will </span><span>ensure </span><span>that </span><span>all </span><span>balances </span><span>recorded </span><span>in </span><span>the </span><span>ERP </span><span>are </span><span>fully </span><span>reconciled
