Responsibilities include:
- Pricing Review and Updates
- Market Survey Review
- Month End Review
- Invoice Review
- Financial Review
- Weekly Manager Calls
- Monthly Owner Calls
- Capital Improvement Oversight and Management
- Budget Preparation
- Site Visits
- Resident Complaints
- Service Contract Management
- Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis
- Lender Communications, including Escrow Management
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Required 10 years of Community Manager experience
- Knowledge of and experience with affordable Section 8 housing; HUD processes including REAC, MOR, COS, EIV, and Tracs
- Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision
- Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must
- Experience with Fortress is a plus
- Strong leadership skills required
Travel
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Must be willing to drive up to 4 hours one-way
