Position Overview:  We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team at FINSYNC. The primary focus as a Product Manager at FINSYNC will be continued development and improvement of our products, essential for supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, startup businesses and investors. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the ecosystem that we’re building.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Enhancement: Help to develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Product Launch: Help to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

Product Performance and Iteration: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Continuously iterate and optimize products based on user feedback and market trends.

Product Vision and Alignment: Gather and prioritize product requirements, define the product vision, and ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Drive Innovation: Identify and implement new features and improvements to enhance the user experience and add value to the ecosystem.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategy aligned with company goals, maintaining a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.

User-Centric Development: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the Member Center's functionality and user interface.

Effective Communication: Communicate product plans, project status, and updates to internal stakeholders, including executives and team members, bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development and work proactively to mitigate them, anticipating market shifts and regulatory changes that may impact product strategy.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in product management.

Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including payment systems, lending, investing, or other relevant areas.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
