Scope of Position:
The IT Rotational Development Program (ITRDP) is a three-year program in which candidates will gain experiences across multiple areas of Information Technology. Each candidate will complete at least three rotations as an IT Senior Analyst. The areas of rotation can include business engagement, infrastructure, applications, business operations and/or information security. Upon successful completion of the rotational program the candidate will be placed in a permanent role within IT.
Responsibilities:
- Focus is based on job role. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting analysis, providing support, problem solving / troubleshooting, and/or service development.
- Participate in operations activities to enable the management of IT services across the enterprise.
- Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts and techniques.
- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- May take on moderate size projects or several components of a large project.
- Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Participate in the Digital Literacy Program to learn, share and leverage a digital mindset to make data-driven decisions and digital first solutions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or Computer Engineering.
- Previous work experience in an IT-based role is preferred.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.
- Able to change and adjust smoothly as the situation demands.
Desired Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with M365 programs (Sharepoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc).
- Experience with creating and maintaining application and infrastructure services.
- Project management skills.
Special Requirements
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
- Rotation might include relocation to another site within the United States.
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:
- Normal work week 40+ hours (Monday – Friday)
Preferred locations are Corning, NY OR Charlotte, NC, however remote will be considered on a case by case basis.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
The range for this position is $74,486.00 - $102,418.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
