The ACG Internship Program aims to provide a rich, relevant, and rewarding experience for college students. The goal of the program is to provide interns the opportunity to connect, network, and grow as they work on department-specific projects and is designed to enhance the skills and abilities of young professionals as well as to identify and attract future talent for our organization.

A DAY IN THE LIFE of an Insurance Operations Intern

ACG is seeking a motivated student to join our team as an Insurance Operations Intern who will work with a small team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create proof-of-concept prototypes

• Create customer-focused research and conduct in-market testing

• Gain exposure to design thinking and agile methodologies

• Conduct market research and evaluate opportunities for technological products’ value propositions in a given market

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO

Required Qualifications:

Must have:

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with HTML, CCS, and Javascript

Must be:

• At least a junior, fully enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college/university, with a minimum 3.0 GPA

• Studying a field related to Computer Science, Art and Design, Human Centered Design

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S

Compensation and Time Commitment  

The Auto Club Group will provide compensation of $18.50/hour for 20 hours/week. The interns will be expected to work between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm (ET) Monday through Friday, from September 23rd to December 13th.

Work Environment

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
