With sites in the United States, European Union, and Asia, and over 2,200 employees worldwide, together, we will meet tomorrow's challenges today.</p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>The following challenges await you:</span></span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>As a Process Technologist in Swiss Machining, you continuously monitor the processes, ensuring that the production process at our facilities runs flawlessly, always with cost optimization in mind.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>You are responsible for programming, setting up, and manufacturing with state-of-the-art Swiss-type lathes to achieve outstanding results.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Specifically, you prepare manufacturing processes to ensure a stable transfer into mass production, program and set up prototypes and pre-series.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>You drive the design and preparation of manufacturing processes to ensure a smooth transition into series production and to realize prototype and pre-series parts.       </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Moreover, you are responsible for the advanced development and stabilization of production processes, address machine problems with the support of internal and external experts, and ensure the maintenance of the equipment.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>You support production staff with technical questions, write documentation, and conduct training sessions for team integration.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>You lead exciting sub-projects in collaboration with various interfaces, such as process technology.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Last but not least, you are actively involved in the procurement process for new Swiss-type lathes from supplier selection, technical requirements, to seamless integration into production.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your profile:</span></span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Toolmaker, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, mechatronics engineer or a comparable education.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Relevant experience in programming, setting up, and troubleshooting Citizen and/or Tornos Swiss-type lathes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Experience in CNC programming and outstanding fine motor skills in handling microparts, tweezers, and microscopes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Practical knowledge in medical technology, process development, analysis, automation, and pneumatics.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Basic knowledge of handling technical drawings, manufacturing data, and capacity planning.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Some project experience is advantageous.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Experienced with MS Office and SAP P01.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Open-minded, reliable team player with precise and structured working methods, who enjoys solving complex issues.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><b>Curious?
