<p>Education: Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Prefer additional coursework in agriculture, plant science, animal science, or a related field. </p>
<p>Experience: Prefer 6 months of experience in a retail environment providing excellent customer service and operating point of sale equipment. Prefer experience in agribusiness or a related field. Previous Southern States work experience a plus. <strong>Works hours are 12:30PM until 9:30PM.</strong></p>
<p><strong>General Summary</strong></p>
<p>Provides customers with friendly and efficient customer service while processing check-out, exchange and return transactions. Utilizes point of sale equipment effectively and ensures accuracy of transactions. Proactively provides information to customers on products and store events. Monitors and maintains front end according to facility procedures to ensure a welcoming and secure environment. </p>
