The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• Moloco is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Compensation team! As the Senior Manager, Compensation Design & Delivery you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation strategy that aligns with Moloco’s business goals and ensures competitive and fair compensation practices. 

The Opportunity:

• Manage & implement compensation pay structures, including salary design & equity guidelines
• Manage & administer ongoing employee compensation programs, including promotion salary increases, and annual total compensation planning
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure alignment with comp strategy, and stay up-to-date with Tech industry compensation trends & programs that reward & retain top talent
• Provide thought partnership & conduct analysis to inform compensation design 
• Partner with Legal to ensure all compensation practices adhere to local and international labor laws, regulations, and governance requirements
• Develop & implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation which ensures transparency & understanding
• Work closely with Finance, Stock Admin, Recruiting, Benefits, People Partners, as needed on all aspects of compensation

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 7+ years of progressive experience in global compensation management, including leadership roles and a track record of scaling organizations
• Proven experience in developing & implementing effective compensation strategies in a complex, fast-paced, Tech company environment
• Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations and market trends
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and strong data visualization skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the
