We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and passionate Client Delivery Senior Associate to join our growing Client Delivery Team, playing a key role in supporting clients by gathering client reporting and technical requirements. As a Client Delivery Senior Associate, you’ll lead high-impact client projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal technical teams and shape the way Maven brings new clients onboard and continues to serve post launch.

What you’ll do:

• Support requirements sessions to define data mapping, transformation rules, and client delivery expectations for file-based integrations.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to gather and define business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless execution of new enhancements, custom reporting, and feature requests.
• Other responsibilities such as managing and troubleshooting test accounts, SFTP file transfers, and delivery schedules with internal and external partners.
• Partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions and operational enhancements that align with evolving business goals and client-specific needs.
• Applying strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes, evaluate right-fit solutions, and resolve complex technical and operational issues efficiently.

What you bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
• Familiarity with SQL, SFTP, SSO, and APIs.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $110,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
