Primary Purpose of this position:
Coordinates the receiving, reporting, and accuracy of inventory and production orders.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates the receiving and shipping of any incoming parts or materials into production.
- Coordinates inter-plant material movements
- Performs regular inventory transactions in conjunction with the production orders.
- Prints, organizes, and maintains any documentation pertaining to production/inventory records.
- Resolves any inventory discrepancies, and or production reporting errors.
- Assists with creating personnel and duty assignments.
- Supervises colleagues and directs activities in support plant and warehouse goals.
- Position will not be involved in taking disciplinary action.
- Manages the inventory cycle process.
- Performs accurate, timely cycle counts
- Provides root cause analysis and coordinates permanent solutions
- Requires medium lifting, standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, feeling and near acuity.
- Will obtain a material handler license.
- Will provide SAP analytical and training support
- Complies with all cGMP practices.
Experience/Education Required:
- Associate degree preferred and a minimum of high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience working in a Shipping Office where processing of customer orders is required. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative functions such as planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling.
- Minimum four years of previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility
- Previous experience computer systems and programs (Microsoft Word and Excel required). Must to able to use Microsoft applications to process data to drive logistic decisions.

- Ability to download SAP data, processing utilizing Microsoft Excel for investigation and process control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.

- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
