Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.

As a business process analyst for GSI Field Service suite you will work with our Global field, dispatch, logistics, and remote support teams to ensure they have world class tools and processes to support Oracle hardware and GBU customers. Drive product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver documentation with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work to integrate with internal products and services to enhance customer effectiveness
- Coordinate product acceptance testing efforts
- Be an expert with respect to the competition (industry direction)
- Provide management with analysis and reports and respond to questions and requests from management
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Field Service
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Management skills
- Strong Relationship Building Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant functional area, with 5 years software engineering or related experience
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Expertise in the product or market
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
