Mike Calvert Toyota is looking for a full time receptionist with the ability to work evenings and Saturdays. This candidate must be friendly, outgoing and professional with excellent phone and interpersonal skills. Our focus is to insure the customer experience and you make the first impression! Only applicants with receptionist experience and strong customer service skills will be considered.
Hours:
Monday- Saturday varying shifts from 9:00 am- 9:00 pm / one day off during the week and Sundays.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer multi phone lines
- Assist sales team
- Assist sales managers
- Complete daily reports and schedule
