You will gather product requirements from Product Management, review, provide feedback and collaborate to turn them into working software that satisfies market needs. You will develop, revise, and maintain software artifacts and product engineering processes/methodologies to meet functional, scale, and performance criteria.  <h3>Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Innovative Software Development: Utilise cutting-edge software development tools to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in the development of applications for a commercially hosted Asterisk platform. The primary focus of this position is to develop our product offering and leverage NLP technologies to deliver a best in class user experience</li><li>Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: Share knowledge and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) across the organisation to align feature development with overall business objectives. </li><li>Contribute to the technical design: Work with relevant stakeholders to decide the technologies needed to provide the best possible product for the company and our customers.</li><li>Problem Identification and Resolution: Analyse, identify, and address problems or bugs to ensure a seamless and error-free user interface. </li><li>Active Participation in Agile Processes: Engage actively in Agile team meetings, contributing to iterative development processes to implement feedback and deliver high quality solutions quickly.</li></ul> <h3>Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:</h3> <ul> <li>5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar </li><li>Proficient in some or all of the following:  C, C++, Python, AWS, REST API</li><li>Accustomed to writing well-structured maintainable code.</li><li>Experience with Linux Operating Systems preferred </li><li>Good understanding of MySQL </li><li>Familiarity with Amazon Lex or similar NLP tools</li><li>Be accustomed to ISO procedures for development, change control and
