Position Title: Kitchen Lead

Department: Food & Beverage    

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time

Locations: Quick-Service Locations – Café 6311, Rendezvous Alpine Kitchen, and Casper Restaurant

Job Duties 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Cleanliness and organizational skills
• Sense of urgency 
• Team oriented 
• Assist with putting together prep list for staff
• Be able to conduct and process Sysco orders
• Assisting with opening and closing duties of restaurant
• Helping other employees set up in kitchen 
• Set tone and duties for employees for each day
