Senior Software Verification and Validation Engineer (3904-W)

We are searching for a Senior Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer to join our client's team.
Our client is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering.
In this role you will perform traditional testing, verify and validate software integrations, and perform intended use validations for third party products.
LOCATION
Ann Arbor, MI
This role is not available as a remote/telecommute. Relocation assistance is available for a highly-qualified candidate.
COMPENSATION
$90K - $120K plus a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO and 401(k) savings with company match
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required
REQUIRED FOR SENIOR VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION ENGINEER
- 5 plus years of experience with Verification and Validation of Windows based applications
- Experience with GUI automated test frameworks like Ranorex and Telerik
- Experience working with Hardware
WOULD BE BENEFICIAL
- Knowledge of GxP regulations is preferred.
- Experience with automated requirements management tools such as DOORS
- Experience with writing test scripts in Python
- Knowledge of various software packages; Agile, PLM, JIRA
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Lead V&V planning and test execution efforts
- Develop clear, concise test documents, including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports based on the test templates
- Demonstrate ability and desire to work with a regulated development environment, particularly FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485
- Work with the project team to complete testing on schedule
- Perform regression testing and associated documentation on existing products undergoing design changes
