People Co-op - Workplace and Learning Experience

We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and organized individual to support our Learning & Development and People Services Teams. In this role you will work with a broad spectrum of projects designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will help Snyk operate better, and provide employees and teams around the world with an enhanced set of experiences!

 

As a People Co-op, you will have the opportunity to help design learning programs for Snykers, experience how an enterprise organization supports its global population, learn the ins and outs of program management, and how to create the best experience for Snykers.

 

You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Collaborating with our Senior members of the People team to build programs for the global Snyker population
• Working hands-on with our Learning Management Systems and E-Learning materials and collateral 
• Collaborating with our Workplace Experience team to host in office engagement events and socials
• Support the engagement of, and communication to, our global remote employee population, to enhance engagement and inclusion
• Assisting with delivering content and presenting to Snykers, and managing vendor relationships

 

What You’ll Need:

• Are interested in exploring a role in human resources at a global company
• Prior experience with program or event design & planning
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Customer-oriented mindset, and passionate about creating great experiences for current Snykers 
• Creative and proactive problem-solver, and not afraid to test new ideas 
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
