Mechanical Engineer- 2nd shift

Description

 Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work. 

In this role you will perform the following:

• Collaborate with hourly workforce to efficiently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Implement production plans with a primary focus on Safety and Quality.
• Generate drawings and process instructions to support manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Contribute as a team member to assemble mechanical components.
• Supervise, operate, and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Perform balancing of power generation equipment.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on problem-solving.
• Possess excellent mathematical skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in the Power Industry.
• OEM training.
• Certification in overhead crane operation and rigging
