About this role:
The Senior Clinical Strategy Specialist is a global partner to the Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Floor businesses and scientific stakeholders (including Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Pre-Clinical, Legal, etc.) who provides subject matter expertise on the Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Floor portfolios and clinical evidence strategies. This incumbent is responsible for supporting the global clinical evidence strategy across the Prosthetic Urology and Pelvic Floor franchises with an emphasis on New Product Development (NPD). This position has global responsibility and leverages Boston Scientific Clinical/Pre-Clinical/R&D/contract resources to implement studies in compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements/standards.

This is a hybrid position (in office minimum three days per week) at the Minnetonka, MN office. You will have the opportunity to discuss your preferred working location with your Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contemporary & comprehensive understanding of literature and competitive landscape within the prostate health portfolio
- Participation in large, cross-functional core teams supporting various NPD projects
- Understand data gaps in the literature and support development of scientific strategies to close gaps that are considered key to the success of the business.
- Facilitate understanding of the therapeutic area and enable performance comparisons for emerging technologies.
- Support development of product claims matrices and promotional materials.
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders through ISR, collaborative research, sponsored studies, case visits, and congress attendance.
- Communicate evidence value proposition with succinct, data-driven messaging; support corporate decision making across various functions and levels of the organization.
Required qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of medical device experience or clinical evidence experience
- Experience writing research protocols for bench, preclinical, and/or clinical studies
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience engaging with physicians and customers
- Willing to travel upto 30%
Preferred qualifications :
- Advanced Degree MS, MPH, ME, PhD preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in BSC Clinical Sciences
- Project Management experience (and/or prior experience with a large cross-functional project team)

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
