Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Unit. This is a Full Time, Day shift in Charlottesville, VA!

Endoscopy Unit Registered Nurse: 

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital’s Digestive Care Center’s board-certified gastroenterologists, including two advanced Gastroenterology specialists and a colorectal surgeon, treat a variety of diseases affecting the gallbladder, liver, mouth, stomach, intestines, pancreas, colon, and esophagus. The department sees an average of 16-18 procedures per day, both ambulatory and inpatient.

Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts, or 5 8's depending on department need: The hours are 645a to 415P Monday to Friday with required rotating call every 4 weeks and 1 day during the week.

Requirements:

• 1 year of clinical experience- Preferred
• Procedural experience- preferred
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire, preferred prior to hire.
• RN License- Required
• Degree or Diploma from an accredited registered nursing program- required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
