- Knock out work orders fast and professionally
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Complete make‑ready units using our TQMR standards
- Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Support daily operations + help lead vendors
- Participate in on‑call rotation
- Experience in multifamily or facility maintenance
- HVAC certification required; CPO preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus (this role only)
