We are growing and looking for a new full-time Senior Product Manager - Store Operations - to ensure and enable our success, specifically in North America Grocery.

Here is an overview:

• You will be a subject matter expert within RELEX on the inner workings of Retail Stores in North America, including historical and current-state status of store operations, as well as future trends.
• You will collaborate closely with our Retail Store customers to ensure RELEX roadmaps are aligned with their future ambitions as well as ensure they are getting full value from our in-store solutions now.
• You will work across our organization and closely with our product for store ops to ensure we are developing best-in-class solutions for Store Ordering and Inventory Management.
• Your goal is to ensure great business outcomes, which should be rooted in having a great product sold and supported seamlessly.

NOTE: This is a fully remote position, which requires travel. Therefore, you can live anywhere in the US, preferably near a major airport for ease of travel.

Your key responsibilities:

• Represent product with our Retail customers in NA implementing or looking to implement in stores to understand their current and/or intended usage of our solution in stores and guide them on best practices
• Be the Retail NA Store Operations subject matter expert within RELEX
• Support NA Sales as the Store Operations Expert for NA
• Spend time in stores to ensure RELEX has the latest view of store operating practices in North America
• Spend time on the road with Regional and Field managers to ensure RELEX has a clear view of regional manager needs and how our technology can help them now and, in the future,
• Collaborate cross-functionally within RELEX, sharing your knowledge and learnings to ensure as an organization we succeed in NA Retail Store Ops
• Clearly outline learnings, working practices, processes of our customers, and the general market to central teams in writing and presentations
• Understand in-store inventory and order technology landscape and ensure this is shared and articulated effectively
• Influence store ops product roadmaps and work closely with relevant other Product Managers
• Educate customer leadership to understand RELEX vision of automation journey and guided experience
• Articulate RELEX vision and value proposition; what differentiates us from competitors

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Ability to establish strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English)
• Deep knowledge of how stores in NA operate
• Experience owning a product or roadmap within technology
