Description

MDK is looking for a motivated Systems Analyst Associate to join our IT team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a dynamic technology-driven environment. As a Systems Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various technical tasks, including developing SQL queries, maintaining databases, troubleshooting automation scripts, and assisting with document templating using HotDocs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while working closely with both IT and business teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Data Management: Develop and execute basic SQL queries and reports, and perform data entry, validation, and maintenance. Learn and apply concepts of database structure (e.g., tables, relationships, indexes).

  • Automation Support: Run existing PowerShell scripts and assist in troubleshooting automation failures. Develop simple scripts for repetitive tasks.

  • System Support: Learn the architecture of MDK’s systems and provide first-level support for user-facing applications. Document system behaviors and escalate issues as needed.

  • Document Templating: Assist with document automation tasks using HotDocs, perform basic template updates, and test document outputs.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to expand technical expertise and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

Requirements: 


•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.  
•    0-2 years of professional experience in a technical or IT operational role.  
•    Basic understanding and hands-on experience with SQL, T-SQL, or scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash). 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.  
•    Demonstrated strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and apply new technologies, systems and tools. 
•    Excellent communication skills to work with both IT teams and non-technical business users. 
•    Strong collaboration skills and growth mindset. 
•    Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) competency. 
•    Fundamental understanding and use of HotDocs document templating.
