For our European headquarters in Tiel we are looking for a:</p> <p><br/><strong>Order Desk Associate – German speaking</strong></p> <p>For our Order Desk team, we are looking for an Order Desk Associate – German speaking. In this role, you will anticipate and meet customer needs by providing the highest level of service to all dealers from initial contact to delivery. You will process and support orders and inquiries coming in through all channels (email, phone and portals) within set expectations.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities and activities:</strong><br/>•Enter orders in the system that have been received by phone, email and or portals.<br/>•Answer dealer inquiries on invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, portal, and other topics that occur, promptly and professionally. These inquiries may come in via phone, mail or ticket system.<br/>•Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to dealers.<br/>•Work towards providing a positive dealer experience for all customers through anticipation and fulfillment of customer needs. Provide the dealer with the best possible ETA date using all available tools.<br/>•Process and resolve order-related complaints in ticket system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.<br/>•Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, system enhancements, and customer service techniques.</p> <p><strong>Job requirements:</strong><br/>•MBO level, obtained through education or experience.<br/>•You have 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing or a related field. <br/>•Excellent command of the German and English in word and writing is a requirement. Good command in the Dutch language is a plus.<br/>•Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a requirement. Preferably you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics. <br/>•Ability to use multiple systems and screens simultaneously while on the phone answering dealer questions.<br/>•Strong organizational and team skills with ability to meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.<br/>•Strong interpersonal and communications skills.<br/>•Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</p> <p><strong>We offer:</strong><br/>•Full-time job, 40 hours per week<br/>•26 vacation days + 1 ADV day<br/>•We work hybrid: 60% in the office, 40% from home.<br/>•You accrue pension with us, and we pay 2/3 of it.<br/>•We offer you access to our e-learning platform to contribute to your development. <br/>•Good staff discounts on our product range and discounts on your gym membership or new bike.<br/>•We also have fruit at work, tasty drinks from our iTapToo machine, Friday afternoon drinks and our activities committee organizes a fun activity once a quarter!</p> <p>Are you interested in this position?
