This Staff Cybersecurity will lead and mentor Network Security Data Protection teams, driving the adoption of best practices and innovation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, while leading the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity and network security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and coaches teams, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous professional growth, and knowledge sharing within the cyber & network security community
• Leads adoption of best practices, new technologies, and innovative solutions within the team, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of excellence
• Designs and maintains comprehensive security architecture capabilities, ensuring scalability and resilience against evolving threats
• Oversees the integration of advanced security technologies and methodologies into enterprise-wide systems, driving continuous improvement in security posture
• Supervises and enhances enterprise governance models for cybersecurity architecture, ensuring robust risk management and compliance with global regulatory requirements
• Manages and orchestrates responses to highly complex security incidents and breaches, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to mitigate impact and prevent recurrence
• Anticipates and evaluates the impacts of emerging technology trends and geopolitical developments on the organization's security architecture, recommending and implementing strategic improvements
• Leads cross-functional engineering teams to align implementations with technical specifications and blueprints, facilitating efficient project execution
• Leads development of proof of concepts to evaluate the latest trending software/tools in the industry to recommend the right tool for unique business scenarios
• Implements and manages complex secure network solutions, including advanced firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, or other security systems to protect the organization's data
• Leads comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and applications and develops strategic remediation plans
• Leads implementation and management of encryption technologies or other security systems to protect sensitive data in transit and at rest, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the organization's datatoo specific
• Leads in-depth research on emerging security threats and technologies and provides strategic recommendations to enhance the organization's security posture
