<p><span><b>Job Title</b></span></p><p></p>Implementation Project Senior Specialist<p><b>Job Description Summary</b></p><p></p><p>As part of the Implementation Department ISR portfolio covers a large scope of products and services. It goes from Revenue Products like RMS, RAAV, to Services with Fare Class Realignments, adhoc requests to Standalone implementation (External RMS, External Calculator or External Schedule Planning System). The team manages the project management and the implementation activities, but could also support in consulting activities like health checks.  </p><p>In the context of Amadeus Nevio, the team actively participates in Product Catalog and Stock Keeper deliveries (ACE train) and scales up on this front. We are participating into the first activities, ramping up on processes, scoping and delivery (AY, BA) and would also be part of the upcoming ones (SV, AFKL).</p><p>The collaboration with Development colleagues ensures customer deliveries and enhancements (NFRs), offering exciting opportunities for career growth and continuous learning.</p><p>Being part of ISR would require transversal knowledge within the PSS ecosystem, being curious, with problem solving attitude and customer facing abilities.</p><p></p><p><b>Project Management Activities</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Planning, organization, coordination and delivery</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Establish Project governance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organize and plan the implementation timeline</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be the entry point for any request related to the project</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate internal interactions with other teams</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Lead and chair Project Status Meeting with the airline customer</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify risks and ensure good reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate and report on project progress, risks and costs to the program manager (when involved) and line management</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Implementation Activities </b></p><ul><li><p>Perform Test and Production Setup</p></li><li><p>Provide support and expertise during the project lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Prepare and drive key milestones (Business Process Testing, REH, CUT)</p></li><li><p>Provide formal implementation status, KPIs and customer feedback to management and the responsible program/project manager (when project I spart of a Program)</p></li><li><p>Anticipate problems and provide solutions, involving line management in most challenges circumstances</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with other stakeholders across different SAFe trains (AOP, R2D1, NTSY, Nevio ACE, etc)</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Other Objectives</b></p><ul><li><p>Guarantee that products or services meet specified requirements</p></li><li><p>Ensure high quality of deliverables (timelines met, sign off received on time, setup completed as agreed)</p></li><li><p>Participate in internal processes improvement and newcomer onboarding</p></li><li><p>Support, document and industrialize implementation processes</p></li><li><p>Evaluate, propose and improve internal processes, tools, services</p></li><li><p>Deliver standalone activation and participate to teams activities (Win@ Sheriff, backup, knowledge sharing sessions)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Background in PSS areas recommended</p></li><li><p>Experience in Project management is a plus</p></li><li><p>Good presentation and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Understanding of SAFe Methodology and cycles</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities</p></li><li><p>Fast learner and reliable individual with high attention to details, willing to take ownership of end-to-end projects.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span><b><b><b><b><b>Diversity &amp; Inclusion</b></b></b></b></b></span></p><p></p><p><span>Amadeus is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
