This role is critical in driving project delivery, implementing project management methodologies, and leading M&amp;A projects to support our digital transformation initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Team Management:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage a group of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Recruit and onboard new project managers to build a strong project management team.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Project Delivery</b></p><ul><li>Accountable for the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.</li><li>Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Project Management Methodology:</b></p><ul><li>Deploy and standardize project management <span>methodologies across</span> the organization.</li><li>Develop and implement best practices, tools, and templates for project management.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A):</b></p><ul><li>Lead M&amp;A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.</li><li>Manage risks and challenges associated with M&amp;A activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b></p><ul><li>Engage with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to communicate project progress, risks, and issues.</li><li>Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Performance Monitoring and Portfolio Support:</b></p><ul><li>Track project <span>performance using</span> appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure transparency and accountability in project delivery.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10/15 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in leading Projects/Programs within the FMCG/FMCH sector.</li><li><span>Education: Bachelor's</span> degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
