Job Description

• PURPOSE: To perform electrical and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance in order to ensure integrity of infrastructure and the production equipment performs as required.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:
  • Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanics on all equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems when needed.
  • Safely perform all required preventative maintenance tasks within the timeline specified on all assigned equipment in thermo department and building utilities/infrastructure.
  • Safely perform all tasks and complete any required documentation in ISO/SQF.
  • Assist with any other tasks asked of you when needed in order to be a team player and help out whenever you may be needed.
  • Safely assist with mold changes when needed.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
